Welcome to the 2012 – 2013 School Year!
I am so happy to be back at school getting ready to meet all of my new students and their parents. This should be another exciting year, and I can’t wait to get started and dig into the process with you (ALL) as we explore science together. Our first unit will be the study of our place in the universe, beginning with our location in our solar system. Start paying attention to where the moon is located and what phase its in. Like my father once said to me, “I will be looking at the same moon.”

Check Mr Eclipse website, or google NASA and solar eclipse, for example. Check with your parents before surfing the web for information, though!

To what, are you referring? The moon? That may be haze or atmosphere absorbing the blue wave lengths of light.

This was the best pictures i have ever seen they where awesome and i have never seen any thing like it before it was so cool i figured out that a nebula can be the size of a full moon that is so cool i can ot wait till my presentation it will be loaded with info thanks that really help me a lot i always will take the oppertunity to get more info for stuff like this any time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you so much you rock!!!!!!!!!!!!
